Steve Harrelson, President

Steve is the Senior Pastor of Mount Lebanon Baptist Church in Boston, VA. He has been happily married to Hannah for 15 years, and has an adorable 9 year old named David. He holds a Doctor of Ministry degree from Columbia Evangelical Seminary, a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies from Piedmont International University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from PIU. He has served as a Board of Directors member for Child Evangelism Fellowship of the Greater Yadkin Valley, an Appraisal Reader for Lifeway Publications, and currently serves as the volunteer Chaplain of the Culpeper Sheriff’s Office. He has served as a Senior Pastor , Associate Pastor and as a Youth Pastor before coming to Mount Lebanon. Steve understands the responsibility of the Church of Jesus Christ to know and articulate the Christian response to the difficult issues that we face as a nation. He is honored to be a part of the American Pastors Network and to lead the Virginia Pastors Network.

Doug Wright, Vice President


Pastor Wright moved to Berryville, VA in November of 1994 to become the Senior Pastor of Keystone Baptist Church. Pastor Wright served from 1985 until 1994 as a teacher, principle, youth pastor, and associate pastor at Calvary Baptist Church in Clymer, PA. The effects of the local church youth program and attendance at summer camps led to Pastor Wright attending Bob Jones University in the Fall of 1980. After graduation in 1984, Pastor Wright was married to fellow graduate Kristy Browning. Initially they both served as Christian school teachers in PA. Pastor and Mrs. Wright have three children.

Paul Collins, Secretary/Treasurer

Rev. Paul J. Collins is a graduate of Peninsula Bible Institute. In 1984, He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Free Will Baptist Bible College in Nashville, Tennessee. He has pastored in Tennessee, South Carolina and Virginia in more than thirty years of ministry. His preaching ministry is designed to win the lost and build up the Christian through Expository preaching and teaching. In October of 1997, He and his family left a growing Church in South Carolina to begin a completely new Church in Harrisonburg. His wife Patty, his daughters Rachel and Hannah, and his son Joshua add to his ministry in a great way through their involvement within and outside the church doors. Rev. Collins has served as Virginia State Promotional Director and Moderator of the Virginia Free Will Baptist State Association during his ministry in Virginia along with pastoring Harrisonburg Free Will Baptist Church.
